Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal check. Personal check will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

In the rare case that you need to return a product, please refer to our return policy. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us! We strive for superior customer service!

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. You do not need a Return Authorization Number to return items. However, please be aware of and follow these guidelines for a smooth return process.

Return guidelines

Items should be returned in original packaging with all parts and literature. In your return, please include your full name, address, order number and reason for return to ensure we are properly able to credit you.

Return shipping and restocking fees

Except in the case of damaged or defective products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. (Please contact us on damaged/defective products). A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returned items. Additionally, items that are used or not returned in original packaging will access a restocking fee of 25%. This fee covers testing, cleaning and repackaging costs. Please allow 7-10 days after receipt of item for refunds. Refunds will be applied back to the original payment method. Please note that credit/debit card transactions may take additional processing time; see card terms.

Cancelled Orders

An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order which has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping; this will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Products

Please take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier (should signature be applicable). If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment, you may be responsible for filing the shipping claim. Please note that if damage has occurred, we reserve the right to request pictures of the damage prior to re-shipment of a replacement item and/or filing a claim.

Defective Products

We ask that you test your product within 7 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems. If you think your product is defective, please contact us immediately. Often, problems can be solved via troubleshooting. When calling, please have your product on hand.

Engine-powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.

Warranty

Please refer to your product description for warranty. Should you have an issue with your product and it is under warranty, please contact us at 855-743-5537 so we may make arrangements to rectify any issues.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, we will respond in no more than 5 days in order to ensure customer satisfaction.  All matters are handled confidentially,and effectively.
